Maybe your team feels a little rusty, or in need of brushing up their skills or knowledge.  Perhaps they are a little anxious about working in-person with groups again.

If any of this sounds familiar, my REFRESHER COURSE is here to help.

I’ve developed a comprehensive refresher course to get your team back in the swing of things and rediscover the joy of facilitating guided experiences with art, objects and ideas.

The emphasis is on making your team and their participants feel socially comfortable – with training in group dynamics, building rapport and facilitation. When people trust the people around them, they are more likely to ask questions, participate and even have some fun.

This course can be facilitated online (2 x 3 hours) or in-person (full day = 6 hours).

We will cover:

  • Building Rapport & Group Dynamics Post-Covid

  • Creating comfort & psychological safety, trust and social interaction

  • How to Facilitate Effectively Wearing a Mask

  • Questioning Strategies

  • Engaging Practical Activities that Work in the ‘New Normal’
